ibis budget SP Centro São João

First of all, the rooms are very dirty overall (walls, doors, floor, objects in general). The only really clean thing were the bedsheets and the towels. The rooms have bunk beds for 3 persons, but the space in general is very tight everywhere: in the room, in the shower, in the toilet room. Also, the price per room was not the same for all of us, even if we booked the same room type. However, we appreciated that the security person in front of the hotel made us aware not to walk around with phones and in general to take care of our belongings outside.

Minimal room. Not suitable for people who need space. Clean sheets. Very nice service and attendants. Pretty simple breakfast. Disliked the pizza. I would like to have soup for dinner, but at 20pm all of them were already sold out.

I've stayed at Ibis Budget on São João a few times before and always enjoyed it, but since their recent revamp of the rooms it's even more of a pleasure! They're really nicely designed, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a decent value place to stay in the centre of São Paulo.

This hotel has a very great price for the location. I felt safe, the facility was clean, and the staff was courteous and professional. When I come back to Sao Paulo I for sure will check out this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling and is looking for a budget-friendly option which has quality.

The room was pretty smal but tidy and clean. They dont fry eggs in the breakfast. Only coffee, water, milk, juice, bread, ham, cheese, cake and cheese bread. Very well located and the staff was so helpfull.
