Teca Tu is my favorite pet store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The selection of products is wide and varied with lots of fun things for pets and their owners. Love it!

The clerk said all their Earth Rated dog waste bags are eco friendly but most said nothing about being biodegradable or compostable on their packages or website. They were also selling poo bags with Hillary Clinton's image on the bags labeled "Democrap".... REALLY? Now that the election is over the bags were in the 1/2 off bin and will eventually disappear. Still it tells me quite clearly about the sensibility of the owner. I won't be going back.

We love our neighborhood pet store! Our three dogs are always eager for the opportunity to visit Teca Tu. The owners, each very welcoming and knowledgeable, are accessible for questions but low-pressure in their sales approach. They sell high quality products and often have first hand knowledge from trying things out at home with their own dogs. And we really appreciate Teca Tu's ongoing generosity toward community good works -- they actively support multiple local shelter and rescue programs.

This is my go-to pet store in Santa Fe. The staff is great, and they have gone above and beyond with special food orders for all my pets, many of whom have had dietary issues. I can't imagine better service anywhere. Thanks to all the ladies.
