Cascatinha Taunay

This is a very surprising place! You're driving through the hot and humid Parque Nacional de Tijuca and you hit this waterfall. Suddenly, the air is clearer, the colours more vibrant and the himidity lower. The waterfall itself looks different when seen from different angles. So, be sure to check out all the vantage points! I loved this spot!

All of tijuca is a very nice change of pace from rio. Much quieter and cleaner. Trails are well kept. Highly recommend a jeep tour.
