The included breakfast is excellent. The food at the "Ceviche restaurant" is also excellent. Overall the staff is excellent, helpful, courteous and friendly. The cons are that the hotel rooms are small and the hotel seems to be always crowded. We could hear the TV/ noise from the room next door. Also the driveway at the hotel was under construction and it was very poorly organized. A relative brought us in and we couldn't tell which way was the wrong way. At departure we had to run after our Uber driver since he was not allowed even to stop in front of the hotel.

We had a great experience at ibas Styles. The place was clean and very hospitable. They were so helpful in storing our bags before and after our stay so we could tour around Sao Paulo bag free. The location was very convenient and accessible with uber. There was always an English speaking staff on site. They have a restaurant attached to the hotel, as well as a few places to eat linked right next to the building. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and the hotel Decorated the lobby for her concerts and gave out snack and other things to make the environment super festive. It was really fun! We also felt very safe there.

WE stayed at this hotel to go to an event at the Parque Allianz, so location was perfect, as it is walking distance from the venue. THe staff was super freidnly and the hotel was clean and well maintained.
