My wife and I have boarded our cats with Club Pet multiple times and I am always very pleased with their compassion, reliability and personal touch. The staff is super-friendly and very accommodating. One of our cats is a Persian with quite an attitude and they always take great care of her. They send us photos of our cats while we are away which is a very nice, personal touch. It puts us at ease to know that our kitties are safe and happy. The facility is very clean and well-managed. They have even made extra space for our cats when necessary. I would highly recommend Club Pet to anyone in need of pet boarding services!

O Club Pet cuidou maravilhosamente de nossas cachorrinhas. Eles providenciaram transporte e hospedagem quando necessário, e cada dia mandaram fotos muito bons das cachorras. Elas vão ficar com saudades a Club Pet! ————— If you are a foreigner who needs someone to look after your dogs, Club Pet was a great choice for us. We spent a year in Rio and our dogs went almost every weekday. They were careful and attentive. Portuguese only but could be managed with Google translate, and you can pay with an international credit card. They were great! Thank you so much!

My girlfriend and I adopted a kitty (Gaia) during our vacation to Rio, her idea, they were super responsive and helpful. They were knowligible about the vaccines we needed for Gaia. The staff was friendly & attentive, and they sent us constant updates on Gaias well being.
