Good stay and comfort. Other than a city powercut and weather getting cold.. this hotel does not have heating if temperatures drop which is very uncommon for brazil. But not prepared for global climate change. I was a foreigner in city and to start had so difficulty communicating with people around with only english. Only one or two could speak or understand english. No much guidance or travel guides available in the hotel for new traveller to city, it's not hotels job but understanding a foreigner the hotel shall share Pro actively for better guest experiences I believe. Tv was Not personalized to english, with no wifi working on tv to even log on to netflix, I requested help with staff, a guy came in to test they said it will be fixed in 30 mins , another day i called reception to fix it. and then I spent 20 days in this hotel with out wifi on tv though. So couldn't see any english content end of day. Neighborhood might not feel safe at night to walk. So take uber if needed. Has security personal patrolling around area 24/7. So good in premises.

Check in took 30 mins. No concern by the receptionist to speed up or ask me to sit. No brush or shaving set given. Nothing much around d other than some shops and food joint

Great hotel! VERY clean, spacious rooms, great service and a great breakfast (bonus points for having plenty of gluten free options 💕). It's a great stay if your focus is business. It's a little far from more "touristic" places.

My go-to hotel whenever I am in Sao Paulo. Great service and amazing location, close to many shops and restaurants.

Not a bad business hotel but seems expensive. Location is ok, pretty near a lot of offices and the big shopping centre. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance (or Uber for safety). The sound proofing in the rooms was very good. Breakfast buffet, with fresh cooked omelettes) is what you'd expect - the little pastries are addictive - but again expensive. There are other options close by. Views from the room are very good.
