Amazing service, maybe the best I've ever received from a veterinarian. They helped me through the entire process of getting an export permit to Mexico, even taking care of the stamp from the office at the airport. I had my documents in hand within 24 hours of contacting them. (You should still plan 3 days ahead as the government asks, just to be safe.) Really top notch experience all around. I will definitely be back whenever I am in São Paulo!

This place is amazing. I am traveling to Canada with a dog I adopted in Brazil and the previous veterinarian I went to completely mangled and destroyed the paperwork I needed for my flight January 31. My wife called this clinic and they went above and beyond to fix the paperwork issue. Without them I would be stranded in Brazil with my new dog. Thank you so much for everything!! I would recommend this clinic to anyone, they go above and beyond.

Conheço a clínica da vila há 10 anos e não há lugar melhor para assistência veterinária! Adotamos um golden (já adulto) que teve diversas intercorrências das mais simples ao diagnóstico e tratamento de um câncer e em todos os momentos tivemos acesso aos melhores serviços, com preço justo, transparência, cuidado e dedicação. Sem dúvida alguma posso dizer que o Dr Rodrigo é um profissional excepcional! Sabe aquele expressão: " Se tá com ele, tá com Deus"? É mais ou menos como me sinto, confio plenamente no Dr Rodrigo e sou muito grata por tudo e por tanto que ele fez pelo meu primeiro goldinho e agora pelo nosso filhote.
